I’ve always liked the Idea of a smooth Linux, and Darwin’s it, Psos is out there piecemeal (heh, heh, heh), so I guess All I need to do is create and set aside a partition to build and test a system. Microsoft has truthfully and consistently maintained (Oh God) that their system is more than great for Joe single user mail check and web browse and in fact is largely (something on the order of 89%) overbuilt to accommodate any gamers on the same platform. When someone draws out that Microsoft’s current capacity for accurate and salient web research is very nearly exclusively the spoils of the linux/search engine wars that they do not APPEAR to have taken a strong position of any sort in Microsoft will doubtlessly respond that “we were gonna buy ’em eventually, honest, or something, we didn’t stop it did we?”

Really, if you wan’t to do HAM programming you can on the Microsoft platform or even cross compile for a linux, Darwin, or Psos platform. But why would you do it? There is almost no HAM community of ANY sort in the Window’s community. ANY support for HAM programming on Darwin will almost certainly come at a group price and will require group maintainance. HAM programming for Psos must certainly be in it’s infancy, isn’t it? I REALLY want to try it. You CANNOT call the off-premessis programming that goes on for linux HAM programming. It is vast, well documented and organized, unchartibly intercommunicative (daammmnnn) and the MOST effective of the communities. This is hell for governments. BUT do you care?
